  Wal-Mart plans simple, healthy label
 
  Wal-Mart isn't the first place I think of for healthy food. However, they have a plan to make things simpler for consumers - but healthy can mean different things to different people.

Wal-Mart is unveiling a simple icon that it says will help consumers make a snap decision about whether a food is healthy, without delving into the nitty-gritty of the nutrition label.
