Until November 22, customers can custom-configure their new PCs with Windows XP Media Center Edition 2005 for as little as $19 more than Windows XP Home Edition after $20 instant savings, including the Dimension 3000, 4700, 4700C, 8400 and XPS systems.
Starting today, the Dell Dimension 3000 system running Windows XP Media Center is priced at $518 after promotions and includes a 2.8 GHz Intel Pentium 4 processor, 256 MB shared memory, a 40 GB hard drive, DVD and CD-RW drives and a 17-inch (16.0-inch v.i.s) CRT monitor.
