S.W.I.N.E. Demo Reviewed Posted November 25, 2001 EST 12:57PM by Agitator!! I rarely review games so when I do post one assume it's because the demo is something special ;-)
For awhile now, I've been kicking around the idea of writing an editorial against Real-time Strategy (RTS) games going 3D. In fact I started an article about that before I got sick, but never finished it. However, a recent game just blew my socks off and made me rethink that position. The German company Fishtank Interactive has released a RTS game, called S.W.I.N.E., with a 3D engine that is absolutely gorgeous. It's one of those rare games that looks good AND is fun to play. You can find the review here.

Comment: Yes the Game is Great ! Beautiful grafics, funny speches and lots more. BUT !
The Version 1.4 (Latest Patch aviable from Fishtank) dosn't resolve a major Bug.
Running the game under Win XP using PIII-933 and GeForce3, the Battle hangs-up after a while :-(
The Problem seems to be known at Fishtanks developers, but they arn't able to resolve it.
I hope they think about the comments on the Formpage at swine-online...
